• Every draft lands unreviewed, and stays marked that way until you edit and approve it.
• She drafts documents; she does not give advice, and she never speaks to your clients.
• A deterministic, no-AI composer is always available as a fallback.

How Vera is paid for

Vera is included on every seat and metered in credits, so you always know where you stand. Firms that want to run at their own provider rates can bring their own AI key, with no credit cap and a better per-seat price.
