Who operates Adviser Toolkit
Adviser Toolkit is operated by Brandon Martin (ABN 63 212 123 200), registered business name "financial adviser toolkit". References to "we", "us" and "Adviser Toolkit" in these terms mean that operator.
What Adviser Toolkit is
Adviser Toolkit is software for licensed financial advisers that produces illustrations, models and draft documents from the inputs and assumptions you provide. It is general information and a calculation and drafting utility. It does not provide financial product advice, and nothing it produces is a recommendation.
You stay responsible
You remain solely responsible for any advice you give, for reviewing and verifying every output before relying on it or giving it to a client, and for being the author and approver of any advice document the tools help you draft, branded or otherwise.
Accuracy and currency
We work to keep rates, caps and thresholds current and state the financial year on every output. Outputs depend entirely on the inputs and assumptions used and are illustrative, not predictions. You must check that each output suits the purpose you are using it for.
AI features
AI assistance (drafting, summaries, brand extraction) is metered in credits and is general assistance only. You must review and edit anything it produces before use. AI processing may occur outside Australia; see the Privacy Policy.
Your data and confidentiality
The figures, client information and branding you enter remain yours. Data is hosted in Australia (Supabase, Sydney) and protected by access controls and row-level security. See the Privacy Policy for detail, including any processing that occurs overseas.
Subscriptions and billing
Adviser Toolkit is a per-adviser monthly subscription across the Starter, Pro, Pro Max and Enterprise tiers, priced in AUD ex GST, with annual billing available at a discount. Billing is monthly with no lock-in; advisers can be added or removed and take effect from the next cycle. AI usage is included as a monthly credit allowance that varies by tier.
No warranty and liability
The software is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis, without warranty that outputs are error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited, and nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
