Pro adds the advice documents: SOA and ROA drafting with Vera, Template Studio, and the client portal with e-signature. Pro Max adds custom tools built for your firm by our dev team, plus the biggest Vera allowance. Enterprise scales it to the whole firm with integrations, licensee oversight and the option to bring your own AI key.

Vera, your AI associate, is built in: she drafts SOAs and ROAs, writes plain-language client summaries and extracts brand kits, always from your own inputs and never inventing figures. Each tier includes a monthly credit allowance per adviser. A credit is one unit of Vera's work: drafting an SOA or ROA section, summarising a scenario in plain language for a client, or extracting a brand kit from a document. Lighter tasks cost less, heavier ones more, so the allowance stretches across a lot of everyday use.

Nothing breaks. Vera pauses for that seat until your next monthly cycle, with a prompt to upgrade if you need more headroom now. Every other tool, export and saved scenario keeps working as normal. Upgrading a tier lifts the allowance, and Enterprise can remove the cap entirely by bringing its own AI key.

Yes, on Enterprise. Run Vera on our API with the included credit allowance, or bring your own AI API key: Vera runs on your firm's own provider rates with no credit cap, and we lower the per-adviser price because we no longer carry the API cost. We work the bring-your-own-key rate out with you based on your team and usage.
